A Citizens' Track on AI: Agency, Alignment & Accountability

Tim Davies

The roundtable will develop the coalition for a Citizens’ Track on AI, and share practical approaches for public deliberation as a continuity and implementation mechanism for the Global Dialogue.

We will showcase learning from inclusive public dialogues on AI across the world, exploring how a Citizens’ Track in AI governance harnesses public deliberation to build capacity, support community agency, align global decisions with public interest, and deliver accountability in AI governance.

Centering voices from affected communities places a spotlight on actions needed to respond to AI opportunity & harm across diverse geographic, social and cultural contexts.

Hosted at the Geneva Graduate Institute
